Efficient Research with AI Assistant

Our platform currently offers eleven live tools, and more are in development:

• Article Finder: Uses AI semantic search across our academic database to find relevant peer-reviewed studies.
• Topic Finder: Identifies research gaps and future directions based on academic articles rather than generic AI answers.
• Literature Organizer: Clusters your uploaded articles by topic and produces summaries for your literature review.
• Theory Finder: Suggests relevant theories and frameworks based on your uploaded work or research description.
• Abstract Recommender: Generates a structured abstract and keywords for your manuscript.
• Patent Finder: Searches patent databases and lets you export detailed results.
• Reference Converter: Converts in-text citations and reference lists across an entire Word manuscript.
• Reference Checker: Checks references one by one for errors and inconsistencies.
• Dataset Finder: Discovers datasets from major public research repositories.
• Proofreader: Proofreads your manuscript with tracked changes at your chosen level of intervention.
• General AI Assistant: Included with your membership — chat with PDFs, analyse images, search the web and ask research questions.

Conference Finder, Journal Finder, Hallucination Checker and Synthetic Data Generator are coming soon.

Most tools accept PDF and Word (.docx) files, with a 20 MB limit per file. The Reference Converter works with Word documents only, the Proofreader also accepts LaTeX (.tex) files, and the General AI Assistant additionally accepts images (PNG, JPG, WebP). We plan to support more formats in future updates.

It depends on the tool and the size of your files. Search-based tools usually finish within a few minutes, while full-document tools such as the Reference Converter, Reference Checker and Literature Organizer can take considerably longer for long manuscripts. Processing continues on our servers, so you can close the tab and come back later — progress is shown in the sidebar and results are saved to your history.

Yes. Your documents and results are stored securely in EU/UK data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are used only to provide the service to you. We keep them for up to two years so that you can return to your search history, after which they are deleted automatically. Our AI providers process your content on a zero-retention basis and do not use it to train their models. You can delete any individual search at any time, or delete your account to remove everything.
